The newest chic thing to don this fall as far as footwear goes is definitely over the knee boots. Particularly for the monotone fashion, these kind of boots do wonders. People used to think that monochrome was a clear no-no in fashion, but this year it has apparently made a comeback. If you have a big green dress with green stockings, over the knee boots might be that extra touch needed to wow the crowds.
Sequins are being employed more this year. They are employing sequined skirts to produce a low key classy look that can be pulled off most any day of the year. Whether long velvet dresses are used over them is another story. Short velvet dresses are a more modern take on the longer counterparts and they also produce a perfect environment for the popular over the knee boots.
